Avoca Beach Renovation
The original face brick and concrete tile cottage accessed via an awkward hidden side entry with numerous stairs, has been transformed with a contemporary design, incorporating a new level timber walkway leading to a glazed entry. A new master bed wing with ensuite and walk-in-robe encompasses the new addition. The existing internal living space was completely stripped creating a new open plan living, dining, and kitchen that includes a three meter island. The open plan living area has extends via stacking sliding doors to a generous hardwood timber entertainment deck that embraces a northerly aspect with panoramic valley views.
