Point Frederick House

A stones throw from the waterfront with views across the neighbouring houses. The owner’s design brief required a 25m lap pool, nestled into the design running almost the entire length of the house. Creating a home which still felt connected to the gorgeous waterfront with views carefully angled to eliminate direct site lines into the neighbouring dwellings. This house is a swimmers dream home.
