Green Point Renovation
With a spectacular waterfront position, it was clear this family home was long overdue for an update. We relocated the master wing with generous walk-in-robe and luxurious ensuite over a new double garage, forming the additional first floor level. At ground level is the new open plan kitchen with walk-in-pantry, living and dining areas taking advantage of the level access to a covered terrace and incredible backyard with private jetty directly onto Brisbane Water. Incorporating a built-in BBQ area which connects the kitchen to the alfresco, new timber flooring, floor to ceiling windows and stacking sliders as well as a new laundry and guest powder room. The gourmet kitchen with solid brushbox timber bench top wraps around the gorgeous stone prep area and showcases a top of the range white Smeg induction cooktop as well as Sirius roof cassette rangehood. The internal floor plan was reconfigured, allowing for a new additional kids retreat area, 2 new bathrooms, reconfigured bedrooms and internal stair access to the first floor level.
