The client’s brief required a full interior make over, commencing with the complete stripping out of the existing unit. The 2 bedroom unit now encompasses a brand new fully equipped kitchen, open plan dining and living with gas fire place, new main bathroom and master bed ensuite. Built-in bedroom joinery including walk-in-robe and study nook with a murphy bed joinery unit. The internal fit-out showcases new timber flooring, wall and ceiling linings detailed with a shadow line, window dressings incorporating pelmets, new lighting and soft furnishings.
Carefully considered spatial planning with a contemporary design approach, has optimised successfully the available unit floor space.
